35 min - uses the traditional music, instructions initially in Spanish then followed up in English. Really gets you sweating! Not for beginners but tons of fun!

Let me tell you I have bought DVD's before and either sat and watched it or just never put it in to play...But this one is so much fun and I could do it at home at my own time and pace and with friends...It was well worth it.

I love it!
Very easy to follow the step by step instructions on each DVD.
It is in Spanish and is translated by one of the
Zumba instructors. This wasnt a problem at all.
Highly recommend this seller and the ZUMBA DVD's!!

I love it it's fun and you sweat a lot. My children also enjoys it and do the dances with me.
